Poor customer service. They have a short list of questions that is given to the secretary to ask customers that are looking for legal advice. So when you don’t meet the criteria on the list. The conversation stops. When you ask for a number for legal aide or referral. You are told to google it.

Mr. Pratcher and his team are a pleasure to work with. They communicated with me regularly and had my best interest at heart. I definitely recommend him to support you. Unfortunately, this was my second accident; I’m recovering well. Without Mr. Pratcher and his team managing everything for me; I don’t know how I could have done it without them.

I was turned away from another attorney because there was no guarantee we had a solid case. Samuel Pratcher listened to me and after we talked I felt a lot better about our claim. He's the only one that took a risk and we got a nice settlement. I am very pleased. He was fantastic and the girls in his office were wonderful to work with. Everything went so smoothly. If I ever need an attorney again, I know who I'm calling. BTW, I live in Sussex County and he's up in Newark. Everything still went very smoothly, so the distance doesn't matter.

Hello all I work at CRUZ AUTOMOTIVE and I was injured in a auto accident during my lunch break.
