I would give 10 stars if I could! Pratcher Krayer was absolutely amazing. Nick’s paralegal Jenny should be on a pedestal. She was always there to answer any questions and if a emotion of uncertainty came across my thoughts she was there to help me or connect me with Nick as soon as possible. I am grateful and appreciative of all the help they extended to me all the way until settlement ! I’ll miss working with them dearly ! Thank you Pratcher Krayer ❤️

Nick and his team were helpful, patient, and thorough. My case started at the beginning of COVID which caused the case to take longer than usual, however Nick made sure to keep me on track and provide periodic updates along the way. Any questions or requests I had were always fulfilled and ultimately he helped me get the justice I deserved. Wonderful team!

Poor customer service. They have a short list of questions that is given to the secretary to ask customers that are looking for legal advice. So when you don’t meet the criteria on the list. The conversation stops. When you ask for a number for legal aide or referral. You are told to google it.

Mr. Pratcher and his team are a pleasure to work with. They communicated with me regularly and had my best interest at heart. I definitely recommend him to support you.
