We have depended on Kevin, and now his son and colleague Paul O'Brien to help our family with our estate planning for many years. They provide sound advice, take the time to present the options and explain the reasoning behind all of the estate planning documents. Kevin did our Trust documents almost 20 years ago and it was time (maybe past time) to update them. Paul took this on and was great to work with, patient and knowledgable. Kevin is an excellent and experienced estate planning attorney. I feel he has my family's best interests at heart in his recommendations. My family includes a child with special needs and charitable intentions, both of which he easily handled in his overall plan. We also own a small business which he was able to integrate into our estate plan, with additional asset protection I feel was necessary.

Kevin takes time with his clients and explains options in an easy-to-understand way. He bills on a flat fee basis. He still answers my questions without continued billing, even years after retaining him.
