First time home buyer. Got steered to GDWG for our title work. Weeks have gone by with no progress or communication. Left in the dark. Extremely stressful position to be in. Do NOT recommend.

These guys were super awesome with the settlement of our first home purchase. It was quick and smooth. They even gifted us a bottle of homemade wine when things were done.

I like being able to call and request any documents that may be needed from settlements even many years ago. The office is always able to retrieve and get them to me quickly

I found Joe and his team to be very attentive when my wife and I chose to buy a little beach house in Rehoboth. Whole process went very smoothly. Couldn't ask for an easier closing. Definitely recommend!
