Had a very positive experience with them! Each one of the staff members are very welcoming and compassionate! And Mr Ross and Ms Dee are very knowledgeable! They keep you completely in the loop and updated on all the important details. I would most certainly contact them again in the future if need be! And would recommend them! I would highly recommend this law office to anyone in need of a great attorney. Ross Karsnitz went above and beyond to help me throughout my case and I will be forever grateful. Not ever did I feel weary or that I needed to question his service. Everyone I encountered at the office was polite and professional . Communication was top tier whether it be via email or phone.
