If I could give this company a 0 star I definitely would. I did not use this company because I need a different type of lawyer. However the Michelle that answers the phone us classless and has a entitlement like she owns the place. I was just trying to get some information and she overtalked me .was the most disrespectful person I have encountered in a long time. That's hard to say now a days. Michelle if you don't have 5 min. To let the customer ask you 3 questions get a new job, you would be a better bar tender!!! If there people are this entitled I wouldn't want to use them anyhow. Treat the janitor just like you do the ceo fool.
