Hired Mike several times to represent a mentally challenged man, with various arrests spanning 10 years. Mike is and was the most professional, knowledgeable, ethical, diligent attorney I have ever met. I worked in the profession 20 years, I know excellent. Fees are reasonable.

I found Mr. Modica very professional, excellent communicator, easy to work with and strives to get the best outcome for clients. My 19 year old had gotten a reckless ticket and Mr. Modica fought the case to get 0 points and court fees. Mr. Modica took time to understand our case specifics and clearly explained the possible outcome scenarios so as not to get any surprises last minute. I would highly recommend Michael Modica. From our initial consultation to the hearing, he was so kind and understanding. In very odd circumstances, he was able to plea the charge down and got the best outcome possible for my daughter. He responded promptly whenever I emailed him and truly had her best interest in mind. I honestly can not say enough good things about Mike Modica. Unfortunately, my teenage son made a few bad decisions, recently. I contacted Mr. Modica, after finding his information on line.
