I have known Mr. Wellington for many years. Mr. Wellington is an excellent attorney. He is a DUI and Criminal lawyer that is a master in the profession. If you need a criminal defense lawyer in the District of Columbia and/or Maryland you would be wise to hire Mr. Wellington.
