Migliaccio & Rathod took our concerns very seriously when we were unable to get Microsoft to respond to concerns about screen failure on the Surface Pro 4 model, dubbed Flickergate. They started a class action investigation and subsequently Microsoft created a replacement program for affected users. Bruno was always quick to respond and communicative. Thank You for helping us get to a solution.
