Dan is a great lawyer. Dan is very knowledgeable on real estate issues in MD and DC. He has advised me several times on matter ranging from the purchase of residential home, to handling landlord-tenants negotiation, reviewing/drafting contrasts. He looks for practical solutions while also explaining the relevant legal concepts. I also appreciate that he makes himself available to clients. Even on a short notice, he is responsive. I highly recommend his services !!
