Walt has been my business / corporate attorney for many years and in my former company (prior to being acquired) Walt was instrumental in releasing more than $200,000 being held unfairly by a large merchant account company. He has also represented us in smaller matters, but always demonstrated an above average ability to see through the problem quickly, come up with a creative (within the law) solution that most attorney's would not have.
