I submitted a case online. They called several times the next morning and sent an email saying they wanted to 'discuss' the case with me. I called back and Jeff, before I finished my name, said they wouldn't be taking me case. They could have emailed me that info. Jeff was abrupt, callous, and overall this firm doesn't seem to know what they're doing.
