Greetings,
I am career tenured Federal employee. with 10 -14 years left retirement. I was stricken with a mental health illness, which gravely impaired my ability to perform outstandingly in a very high ranked position. My judgment was sometimes cloudy; however, I was not permanently unable to work or totally disable. I am so thankful for the extreme professionalism, determination, resilience, and tenacity explemplified by Mr. A. Marques Pitre and Associates. I am living testimony that there are great lawyers who will go to bat for clients against all odds. I am so pleased that I reached out to the firm in my time of distress. In the end, we prevailed and and I was rewarded.
*** SPECIAL NOTE OF gratitude to Michelle, Mr. Pitre, Melissa and others.
Sincerely,
TNM
Still a FERS employee

Patient & Exemplary Customer Service
Goldman Law Group started working on our Trademark application last year. William was very patient, informative, and quick to get us the application filed and re-filed when we needed to add more clarity for the USPTO office.
for all the startups, sole-proprietors, and those who are just starting, Goldman Law Group is very affordable. Which is very important when you have a small budget but BIG DREAMS.
We got our trademark approved with ease. We would absolutely recommend!!!
Thank you so much William

I was informed my review did not appear personalized or "experience based"; therefore, I'm revising...I retained Atty Pitre in 10/2020 during the pandemic. When he, (personally), answered my call and seemed interested in my case, I thought it was fate and searched no further. Prior to reaching out for Counsel, I'd exhausted all known means by a lay person. I accepted the need for legal advisement, direction, and Representation. Upon retainment, all my case required was f/u around the "Right to Sue Letter" being issued by EEOC; however, after paying the retainer, I began forwarding Mr. Pitre copies of communique in order for him to understand the culture/climate. I was informed to discontinue due to costs for unnecessary reviews. Therefore, it was over 6 months Iater when his Associate informed a Formal Complaint was being prepared; however, docs were needed of me for this preparation. To date, I never met Atty Pitre nor ever engaged in any discussion around his plan or thoughts around my case. I retained an attorney because I needed help--- outside of my realm of expertise in spite of my best efforts. I thought, with representation, my job would take these violations more serious and be willing to comply with the law. Instead, this litigation process seemed more exhausting than before. Now, I was not only experiencing harassment in the workplace, but also new financial burdens from my attorney---without communication, direction or an agreed upon plan. As a result, over the next year, I felt over-whelming pressure around my finances and anxiety around next steps. My job was constantly taxing my paycheck in retaliation for my grievances/ complaints, while creating fictitious reasons to withhold, and create false performance appraisals---without merit, and harassment tactics throughout this timeframe. However, on 6/30/22---in the midst of my disability fog, I finally completed the Discovery documents and also submitted the final amount overdue Mr. Pitre of $962.05; in addition, I felt a sense of accomplishment. Then, on 7/5/22, I received a bill from him which indicated another $875.50 is now owed---not overdue but due. Therefore, on my very next payday, I sent over half and planned to send the remainder in two weeks since he informed no more work will be completed by him until acct paid in full. I knew I needed direction/conference. Unfortunately, in the midst of Discovery, I'm informed by opposing Counsel and the Judge, Attorney Pitre's request for withdrawal had been accepted on 7/28/22, I was flabbergasted...thinking there had to be some misunderstanding.
How could this be true? Without notice, discussion, etc...I reviewed all documents, emails, etc. They all indicate that all balance amounts must be paid for further work; however, at that point, the amount owed was only $400. Why would my lawyer not communicate this and options with me? What happened??
We were finally on track? Could there be something else going on? Who conducts business this way? Didn't he know I was committed...just caught in a terrible web of pain, suffering and misfortune but trying with all my might? Maybe, it was the pandemic which caused this miscommunication mayhem, or maybe not...what seemed to me to be a lack of empathy---cold, covert intentions for intentional harm could simply be bad luck or coincidence. I'm unsure; however, whatever it is/was, I sincerely hope that it never happens again to any other hard-working, disabled seniors or anyone else in need of representation.

Marques Pitre will FIGHT for your case, even when you’re too exhausted to do so for yourself! I started my case off with a different firm initially, and that attorney almost lost me my case early on by nearly missing a deadline that I ended up catching myself. I reached out Mr Pitre to represent me after that, and it was the BEST decision I could have ever made! He will not just take your money and attempt to settle for nothing with no justice on your part like other attorneys do. He will go as long and fight as hard as he needs to in order to make sure you are made whole and win! He takes pride in his work and reputation, and it shows in everything he executes. I was constantly impressed with his work. I have seen him go up against the most difficult attorneys, and challenge the most corrupt judges, and he does so with such professionalism, confidence, knowledge and expertise, that even the agency attorneys will get easily flustered!
My case took 6 long and stressful years to resolve, and although the agency played so many games, caused so many delays, and tried their best to retaliate against me for standing up for the right thing, Mr Pitre didn’t miss a beat, and he would not let me give up! He is so talented and blessed, and just like the footprints in the sand, he carried me and my case through the finish line even when I was ready to give up! Because of his amazing representation, we won my case with an over $400K reward! If you want an attorney who stands by his ethics, is compassionate, truly cares about his clients and cases, and navigates the legal system through verbal and written arguments that are so impressive it’s like reading and watching legal poetry, then Mr Pitre is the attorney you need!
