They were great!

Rollins & Chan was fantastic handling my civil protection order case against my roommate. In a HIGHLY stressful time, Ms. Chan went above and beyond to help me get through it. Truly, she was more than a professional and more like a second mother in regards to the fervor that she was fighting to get me out of the situation. She was always available when I had ANY questions, by phone, text or email and had given me advice before I even put her on retainer. She even aided me in a search for a new roommate to boot! There’s little more to be said except that Rollins & Chan truly puts you first.

My experience with Rollins and Chan was delightful. They handled my issue and with great professionalism I might add. If a issue presents itself in future they will be my first call.

My overall experience with Mr. Rollins & Ms. Ada Chan were so pleasant and welcoming. I had a charge that spanned back almost 22 years that has been hanging over my head most of my adult life. After doing research and speaking with both attorneys, I knew I had found the right team that would have my best interest. Due to Covid and the courts being backlogged, this took longer than normal, but while I stayed patient of the process, Mr. Rollins & Ms. Chan stayed persistent in keeping me updated on the status of the case and kept me in the loop on all proceedings. I can say that by not having any other charges since then and being an upright person, after 20+ years, my felony charge was vacated and I no longer have a criminal record. If there were an option to give 100 stars, they would definitely receive it from me. I highly recommend them to handle your affairs. Thanks again Mark Rollins and Ada Chan!!
