After being mislead that the lawyer was going to be able to represent me they sent me a letter that stated they decided not to and no explanation why. I followed up to see if they could refer me to someone else because obviously lawyers work with other lawyers and they couldn’t help with that neither so needless to say my experience was unpleasant and not very helpful.
