Mr. Mutimer assisted me in a rather "messy" matter which resulted in a favorable outcome. Throughout litigation I was presented different options/routes to take to which Mr. Mutimer always took the time out to explain the effects these options could/would have on my future. I never once felt the pressure that he wanted to "just get this case over and settle for less." His attention to detail made a huge difference and the results show. Mr. Mutimer restlessly fought-litigated from the beginning of my case to the very end as if it was a personal matter of his own. Christopher is a fantastic lawyer. The best way for me to highlight this is by explaining why I decided to use him in the first place. In my case I was hoping for a specific result- a diversion. The first lawyer I spoke to told me he wasn't confident he could do that and seemed extremely unmotivated to fight for the result I had clearly stated I was going for. He was also asking for a payment before meeting. When I spoke to Chris and I told him the specifics and what I wanted he immediately told me he would fight to get that result listing 3 or 4 methods we could work on it. He also wanted to meet so I could decide in person if I thought he was a good fit. He was very concerned that I felt comfortable and that I was not worried about the process. Long story short just last week my case was dismissed through a diversion program.
