I've been with this company approximately 2.5 years. In the beginning things were pretty good. Over time things have fallen apart spectacularly. They seem willing to work with you when rescheduling payments which has always seemed to go over fine, but other times they told me they could put the draft at the end of my program and things would move along as normal. That (apparently) is NOT how it worked out. With this company, a fee for legal protection is part of your bi-weekly draft, so something I've been paying for for 2.5 years and haven't needed until recently. Now all the sudden this year I was being sued by 2 of my creditors that palisade hadn't settled with yet. I was told to send all paperwork from the court to them vis email. I did. Never heard back from them, no updates until I got MORE NOTICES FROM THE COURT THAT THEY BOTH WENT INTO DEFAULT. Says I have 10 days to appeal. Immediately contact palisade again. Was told to send the paperwork. Again. And that it would be rushed. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Still haven't heard anything! Today I get an email from the legal office that I've been paying through palisade for 2.5 YEARS. I am over 30 days past due and my account is being canceled?!?! HOW?! I have either made my payments on time, rescheduled them, or had palisade OFFER to add them to the end of my program and things would "carry on as normal". My last payment was PAID. All of my payments have been handled. And now that I need this legal protection I've been paying for... om to be left to drown? All of my accounts were PAID UP TO DATE WITH NO MISSED PAYMENTS when palisade took over. As another customer review said... they've ruined me. I am a single mother of 4. This company is abhorrent.
Only thing good I can say was that I spoke to Phoebe today when I called and she was wonderful and was actually trying to help but, unfortunately she is "just a point of contact" and could only forward my concerns.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I recently attempted to reach out to this company as a potential client, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. For the past two weeks, I have called every day trying to get in touch, but no one has responded to my inquiries.
A friend referred me to this company, and I was excited to try their services, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication.
I hope they can improve their responsiveness in the future, but as of now, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
