In June 2023, they 'took over'$35K of my debt, stating, 'Don't worry about it, we'll take care of it.' 2 months later, I was getting a late payment notice, and my credit dropped 40 points!! I had a 100% payment history prior to this!! Since then, I have been served twice with legal papers from 2 different 'accounts.' It has been a year and a half later, and they are asking for more money. Shockingly, they have only managed to settle 2 of my eight accounts, showing a severe lack of progress. Absolutely the worst option out there!! My credit still needs to be recovered. And they dare to ask for more money?!?!

Do not trust this company with your money. Surely there are better options out there that will actually help. All this company has done for me is put me in a bigger hole than I started in. I truly feel like I have been scammed. They have taken complete advantage of me & so many others. I’ve worked so hard to get out of debt & paying them a lot of money every month just to find out they didn’t pay one of my creditors, so the creditor voided it and now $3,000+ that I’ve paid Palisade is just gone and I can’t get it back. Palisades idea of fixing the problem is to re- settle. Such a scam. I feel so stupid. I have 3 young kids & this just set me back so far. Shame on Palisade & all the employees who are behind this.
