I needed Ada's help in two distinctly different legal instances. Within minutes she responded via texts and phone calls and on weekends too!! Within hours a strategy was set and she put me at ease. Ada has tremendous skill within her own expertise and her network of lawyers is vast and most importantly, when she calls them they respond quickly. I can't recommend Ada Chan highly enough. I personally have referred a few people who had been wrongfully charged with DUI and other offenses and needed a strong criminal defense lawyer. I've known Ada Chan for years, both when I was a prosecutor and attorney in private practice. She is an outstanding attorney, smart, experienced and passionate on behalf of her clients. Mark Rollins is an outstanding attorney with a plethora of experience in civil and criminal law. Mr. Rollins cares about his clients and is always professional and timely. You can't go wrong with Rollins and Chan.

DO NOT JUDGE THEIR EFFICIENCY WITH THEIR REASONABLE RATE! I felt uncomfortable with how reasonable their rate was, and even offered to pay more because of how expensive the flat rate fee for my defense was based on shopping around at other law firms. Not only did, Ms. Chan not accept my extra payment, but gave me the best possible outcome of my case. Ms. Chan is an amazing attorney with integrity and is not motivated by the dollar. She genuinely cares about her clients. Never having to acquire a lawyer before, I was taken aback by how laid-back, confident, and open she was to communicating she was. I was charged with a misdemeanor in a case where the officer may have witnessed the offense. Ms. Chan was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to get my case "no papered dismissed" without me ever having to show up to court for an arraignment (I was on my way to court when I found out). This was the BEST possible outcome for anyone being charged with a crime. I can now move on with attempting to get my arrest record expunged without having to wait two years (had I accepted a diversionary program) or eight years (had I been convicted). Highly recommended!!!

rollins and chan law firm are amazing for me; i found them by research on the web and due to their info clarity and good reviews i gave them a call just one afternoon and the response i got with that first call was easing and telling. after i text him my situation shortly mr.Rollins spoke with me over the phone that i should'nt worry and he will take care. after we started within a short period of time he made me 100% free man now: he is highly respected with the judges and the government prosecutors and highly knowledgible. i keep their e.mail for future recomendations should it happen to a friend a family or any one i may know to help.
