They were great!

Rollins & Chan was fantastic handling my civil protection order case against my roommate. In a HIGHLY stressful time, Ms. Chan went above and beyond to help me get through it. Truly, she was more than a professional and more like a second mother in regards to the fervor that she was fighting to get me out of the situation. She was always available when I had ANY questions, by phone, text or email and had given me advice before I even put her on retainer. She even aided me in a search for a new roommate to boot! There’s little more to be said except that Rollins & Chan truly puts you first.

My overall experience with Mr. Rollins & Ms. Ada Chan were so pleasant and welcoming. I had a charge that spanned back almost 22 years that has been hanging over my head most of my adult life. After doing research and speaking with both attorneys, I knew I had found the right team that would have my best interest. Due to Covid and the courts being backlogged, this took longer than normal, but while I stayed patient of the process, Mr. Rollins & Ms. Chan stayed persistent in keeping me updated on the status of the case and kept me in the loop on all proceedings. I can say that by not having any other charges since then and being an upright person, after 20+ years, my felony charge was vacated and I no longer have a criminal record. The Rollins and Chan law firm accepted a case for my family member at the last minute, although most other firms in the region were afraid to take the case because of a lengthy criminal history. From the beginning, Mark worked on the case right away. This is the most professional firm I’ve ever spoken to. Most other firms I talked to said that my family member would at least serve time in jail, well, not with the Rollins and Chan firm. They cleared my family member of all charges that seemed impossible before obtaining the Rollins’ and Chan law firm services.
