After being quoted a price of $750 to fight a traffic ticket in VA, I decided to shop around.

Lawyer David Benowizt, is a great lawyer I can’t company with any lawyer. Very straightforward person, dedication at high level, very punctual when he gives you time of appointments( always on time) I vote him as the best in MDV.

I had a terrible experience with the immigration attorneys at this firm. They don't seem to know the nuances of immigration procedures very well. Again, this is a review based on the immigration team. I would stay away from this firm if you need services in this area.

Called regarding an accident and the attorney was rude, condescending, and very unhelpful. If I could give them zero stars, that would be too much. Poor customer service and would not recommend.

I reached out to David Benowitz a couple years ago due to some legal issues. He took a very stressful time and made me feel at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. He was very honest and straight forward but kind at the same time. He doesn't make you feel rushed and truly hears you out before giving step by step instructions on what he needs from you, to fight your case. He also doesn't charge you for services you don't need and/or receive. He's very honest with his billable time. I received an unexpected call from him today saying he was returning the unused portion of legal fees. If you're looking for an attorney who cares about his clients and not just the money, look no further. Highly recommend!!!
