Nikki Lotze is a very skilled lawyer who cares about her clients. She always kept me in the loop about everything throughout my case. She fights hard to make sure her clients receive the best outcome possible. Nikki represented me in a Murder 1 case which she fought for my innocence from 2015-2019 until she finally had my charges reduced to attempting to obstruct justice and I received 12 months of probation. She is the absolute best hands down.

Nikki has very poor communication. She didn't work for my boyfriend she just kept insisting he take a plea however he was innocent. Every time I asked a question I felt like I was bothering her. It was many false promises made. She said she was going to do and speak on so many things and did not follow through in court. It seemed as though she was not familiar with a case like his. She said she never filed a bond motion before and when she did file one for him she only had 1 page of evidence while the government's evidence was 32 pages. The judge said she did not have enough evidence to prove anything and when I asked her about it she denied the number of pages. I was very dissatisfied with her services for his matter. My boyfriend was so disappointed and dissatisfied he fired her and she kept all the money even though she she said she was going to give 5,000 back and only represented him for 3 months and he is still locked up and has not even went to trial yet. The break down of payment charges were very much nonsense. There were charges for things that were never discussed about. I feel as though she did nothing and you would be better off with a public defender, save your money.
