Tom is a rockstar!!

This Law firm is the best law firm they have professional and dedicated lawyer. I came to this law firm regarding an accident they always communicated and keep me up to date on my case. My lawyer Jeff Solof did his homework on my case and was well prepared when I had my court date. I would choose this law firm again in the future with no hesitation Thank you

I contacted this law firm, via online chat at first. I had two agents switching during the chat. Then, I got a phone call from Sierra. She scheduled our zoom appointment for this morning, and sent me a confirmation email with all details. And guess what....no call no show... We were left hanging this morning ,and waiting.... I called, and they told me someone will call me back... well, nope. It's been over two hours, no call back.... If they are so reliable at first, I can't even imagine how a client will keep track of his/her case if there are so many different departments/ppl that work there, with no direct communication/contact to the attorney. My advise....go to someone that you can actually talk to, get in touch with, and feel comfortable. This firm - big ad, not an actual care.
