I Left a message over the weekend about a very important matter to our family and Natalia called back on Monday and left a message, I missed her call but later she called me back concerning the matter, i was happy to speak to her, she cleared my doubts. I requested a consultation and immediately got a call from Natalia herself. She was kind enough to pre-consult me without charge to determine if I was actually in need of a lawyer, which obviously meant I berated her with a bunch of questions. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeably answered all of my questions. She told me I didn't in fact require her services but to come to her if I ever did! Which I 100% will. Thank you, Natalia! I was in need of assistance after an auto incident. I called a friend of mine, Benito, who worked at the firm, and was referred to speak with their intake department. They were able to answer many of the questions that I had and helped put me at ease. Even though I did not end up using their services, they were able to refer me out to someone who ultimately could help me. I highly recommend calling in to the intake department if you have any questions. They were friendly and helpful. They took an actual interest in my case and were determined to help me.
