Over the past five or six years, on a personal need as well as business, David Benowitz, and his entire staff has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He is the most competent, knowledgeable, and resourceful attorney ive ever crossed paths with. His ability to defend a client, and work magic at trial is something you cannot explain. I wouldnt consider going any where else to have legal matters handled , and when it matters what the outcome is, Price Benowitz is the best there is.

I used Price Benowitz for two separate non-related legal issues, and both times I was impressed with the firm and it lawyers.
Smart, aggressive, knowledgable, no nonsense professionals that provided me with a win in both cases. I also was pleasantly surprised by the final bill, they returned over half of the retainer I paid them for the cases.

I have known David for more years then I care to admit (only because it reminds me of how old I am), and although I have not needed to use his services, I have no doubt that he will get the results his clients are looking for. This is because I know his character, heart and dedication is what drives him. Always in pursuit of knowledge and truth, all while maintaining the ability to make you feel at ease.
