Enjoyed working with Jane and others in the group. Was very impressed with their diligence in following through with what they said they would be doing. Was kept well informed as the lawsuit moved through the legal process. Would use the firm again and would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I called because I saw they’ve dealt with clients who have my bank and have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their suspicious overdraft fees. The lady on the phone took my info and passed it over. Got a call back and was asked to explain the situation, then was shut down quickly because they weren’t interested in my bank… why not read about my inquiry first and then call me to decline my request? Instead wasted my time by asking me to explain when she already had my inquiry on file. Ridiculous

Have a ad on fb trying to make a settlement for overdraft fees.
Thought ok sure, signed up and received email from Jane yu, ignored it and she sent another, sent one back, she did answer but her tone sure changed when they didn't want to deal with bank I'm with.
I don't care really as most likely a scam.
Politeness goes along way.

Kaliel Gold PLLC is an excellent law firm. They can be relied upon to do an excellent job when you call on them for assistance with a lawsuit.
