I had called Mr. England based on a referral from another law firm to discuss a construction issue. Although I was not yet a client, Mr. England took my call and was very generous with his time and expertise in explaining the various legal issues and remedies I should consider in pursuing a resolution. He also provided an overview of the court process, what the court would be looking for and pro-active steps I could take now to help me prepare for a resolution. Mr. England was extremely helpful for a first call inquiry, was very patient and provided a lot of detail for consideration. I would look to him first if I needed to pursue this case.

I paid this firm to do a wage garnishment case. After I paid, they stopped returning my calls and emails. When I reached out to Todd, the boss there, got the SAME treatment. Terrible firm. Will do a chargeback to get my payment back.
