I called and they transferred me to another person for a company called quickaid who was in another country. You can not speak to anyone in the United States! When asked to be transferred to someone in the United States, I was told "then you need to contact the Social Security Administration!" This company is horrible to deal with.

William and his team are amazing! They worked very hard on my case every step of the way. They are very knowledgeable and therefore kept me informed about the process and progress of my case. This injury was both physically and mentally challenging for me and they were very emphatic and supportive the entire time. Not to mention, pleasant to work with. I was directed to them by another firm. They were supposed to be the ones that would represent those that needed to appeal hearing results. I gave name and limited information. Total of 3 minutes and was told they could not help. Not sure really what cases they take.
