Jeffrey is amazing and did a great job with my case!

Before I stumbled into Attorney Markowicz's number, I had already spoken to 3 lawyers. After speaking with him for the first time I felt at home due to his sound knowledge of his work. He was able to educate me on the nature of the case and things to do in order to win the case. He was clear, forthcoming, respectively, and very sincere. We won the case. We are very grateful to him. I will use him again and again and again if the need arises.

This DC Capital Law Firm is a hoax! They were hired through Newton Group (a timeshare transfer group) which is also a hoax after we “gave” them $8,000 to settle out timeshare. 3 years later we receive a letter stating our timeshare has been cancelled and we are no longer timeshare owners. However, after paying $8,000 to this “unprofessional “ law firm this Wyndham timeshare now shows as a “REPOSSESSION “ on our credit report. We could have not paid this law firm $8,000 and received the same results! Repossession. This case is not over yet and we will be seeking professional law services. Steer clear from both these companies- DC Capital Law and Newton Group Transfers.

I honestly loved working with Jeffrey. If you want a lawyer who’s honest, attentive, caring, and willing to fight for you, he’s that man. He worked with me and my schedule that had all types of crazy hours. I was going through a custody battle. He help me fight for my baby and helped me understand every angle of the law on what I could or could not do. To being a mediator between people whom shouldn’t have been involved but was. If you are like me you probably are not aware of all of the many reasons that you need to an estate plan. Working with James is very educational and you become very aware of some of the risks that you are taking by not having a good plan in place. James will work with you to develop a plan is specific to your needs and not just an off the shelf, all or none estate plan. He is very professional and more importantly he is very responsive. He truly does put your family first!
