Patrick Malone & Associates did an excellent job in representing me in my medical malpractice lawsuit. Al Clark also kept me well informed of the status of my case and what the next steps were. I would recommend this law firm to anyone that needs legal advice.

Patient, diligent and determined to get justice for their client. I compared their analysis of my case and their attitude and they won my business, hands down. Al Clarke was with me every step of the way and quickly responded to every question. Additionally, I was truly impressed that Patrick Malone himself invested a great deal of his personal time to support my case, even over the holidays. They were totally transparent every step of the way and they made it abundantly clear the decisions were up to me, I was in control and the would support me no matter what direction I wanted to go with the case.

Pat Malone represented me in an auto crash (note I didn't say "accident"; he urged me not to use that term because what happened wasn't happenstance) case. It ended up that the individual who head-on collided with me had the absolute minimum amount of auto insurance and essentially zero personal assets. That meant that the end result would be a relatively small amount of recovery for me, and, concurrently, for him and his firm. Pat takes on and wins cases that lead to high five and six-figure awards. He devoted the same kind of attention to detail and aggressive advocacy for my small-dollar case as he does to cases worth much more. That is extremely admirable. He didn't buckslip me down to an associate as one might expect. Instead, he regularly communicated with me directly, and pursued and got the maximum recovery that could be earned for my case. I recommend him highly.

Pat is exceptionally intelligent and talented (he has all the good qualities you would expect from a Yale Law School graduate). I know from personal family experience that he is the person to go to if you may have a medical malpractice case. He knows the field inside and out. He is also a good guy!
