If you are looking for someone who’s really willing to fight for you and be a voice that’s heard please look NOWHERE ELSE! Chris Mutimer is the lawyer for you! I had been served for the first time back in April 2021 for false allegations. My CPOs went as far back as July 2019. The young lady accused me of being near her family threatening them, trying to fight her, accused me of being with her husband etc. An old friend of mine had just won his case with Mr. Mutimer representing him and referred me to him. We were going up against Skadden Law, one of the top law firms in the U.S. Originally we asked for an out of court agreement and of course it was denied by the other party. Upon getting all of my evidence together, there had been another case (w/ the same lady I’m going against) Mr. Mutimer won that just so happens to involve me. The lady accused me and two others of shoving her mom into a wall and trying to fight them. Well after reviewing the surveillance cameras, we had proof that she lied under oath! After submitting that as evidence, the other party came back to us THE DAY BEOFRE OUR TRIAL and consented to our original offer! I was in such disbelief because we were so ready for trial!!
