How do you choose the right attorney when there are tons of them promising the same results? We used Mr. Henson's services for a reckless driving offense my son incurred. He was very pleasant, forthcoming and knowledgeable. He was very detailed and provided us with instructions and items to complete prior to going to court. This information provided a more favorable defense and my son was able to get a more lenient penalty. I probably compared about a dozen or so attorneys prior to making a final selection. Mr. Henson attended my court date on my behalf. I was pulled over going 80mph in a 55 mph zone with the risk of a reckless driving charge or misdemeanor. I ended up only having to pay about $150 for the fine and an infraction which was about 2 points. I was happy with this because of the other possible consequences. He was honest about everything and never pushed me to hire him as my lawyer. It was my decision in the end and I was happy with it.

I was very worried when I was charged with reckless driving for doing 85 in a 60 on the highway which is a misdemeanor crime in VA.
