Sheridan has been a great help with my legal issues. Over the past 5 years, my business partner and I have been dealing with a crazy and frivolous lawsuit. To put it as simple as I can, if I didn’t have overwhelming proof that Mr. England was a real person, I might genuinely believe he was an angel sent to me on my darkest day. I was a college student showing up to court in DC trying to get protection from an ex and a bartender in DC (who both work at District Commons in DC) who had been stalking me and threatening to kill me. I was without a lawyer because George Washington University had informed me I would be fine without one, this was so false. I begged the judge to postpone my court date when I realized I had no chance without a layer and the judge denied me. Mr England was in the court room that morning and heard me explain my story and decided to represent me on the spot. Mr England had no previous knowledge of the case, only the evidence I brought with me and ran by him for maybe 2 minutes before the judge heard my case. And he absolutely crushed it. He completely embarrassed the opposing lawyer making him look like a unintelligent fancy frat guy and even tho fancy frat guy lawyer had been prepared for this case and was paid probably thousands for his time, he looked like a bumbling idiot in the court room with Mr England.
