I recently had a consultation with Pratibha, who I was referred to through my cousin. Pratibha was courteous, understanding and very warm. It felt like I was talking to my friend and that made the entire consultation seamless. After talking to several different law firm it became very clear that Sweta was the attorney for me just after our first conversation. The unique thing about Sweta's approach is that it puts your personal situation and wishes first before just a legal response. In my case, I wanted reconciliation and Sweta was able to mediate and create a settlement that work for all parties vs. just a 'legal process approach to fight back or escalate'. The CPO was dropped and the DV case dismissed based on a mutual out of court settlement agreement was reached. I would recommend Sweta 100%.

I’m extremely happy and satisfied with attorney Sweta Patel. Other attorneys I consulted told me that a DPA deal in my DUI case, was going to be almost impossible because it is very difficult to get a DPA with an accident case in DC. Patel, however, was highly professional and knowledgeable in her field and was able to secure a DPA without any ramifications to my immigration issues. Sweta is the epitome of professionalism, competence, and effective legal representation. You cannot find an attorney (or firm) who is more expert in DUI law in D.C. My situation presented a somewhat difficult set of circumstances yet she was able to achieve a result far beyond what I could have reasonably hoped for.
