I was in an accident while visiting Covington, GA. I had chosen a law firm in GA to represent me because the accident happened there. I thought that they would be well equipped to handle my case. After 3 days, I realized that my best interest was not the priority of that law firm. I looked for a law firm close to home in Maryland. After talking with representatives of the Cochran Firm, I was given more information in twenty minutes than I had been given in the 3 days while dealing with the previous law firm. I learned of the options that I had in having a claim filed on my behalf. I was informed of the progress of my case and the steps taken to get me the best settlement possible. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They were professional. They were concerned with my recovery and well-being. I couldn't have chosen a better law firm to represent me than the Cochran Law Firm.

While on vacation in Florida I was injured on a city bus. I broke my leg in three places requiring surgery, pins and screws. I chose an attorney based on the Cochran name and could not have been more disappointed. After losing my case I read the deposition taken by my attorney. He failed to ask the most pertinent questions. I could have taken a better deposition myself. Don't rely on the Cochran name alone. Scheisters.

My experience with this firm great. Cassandra Martinez handled my case and she was amazing. She kept me posted with updates all the way until the conclusion of the case. She also answered all my questions and never left me confused or in the dark about anything, as well as advising me on the best options to take!!

Signed a retainer and went to treatment for a couple days, just to tell me they cannot represent me in this case. Then they don't respond when requesting a release form. Mind you, the legal assistant “runner” was at the scene of my accident and approached me, which is illegal. Also, the physical therapist told me they couldn’t take my case. Nobody from the office contacted me to tell me that! After I text the “runner” telling me what the therapist says, he calls to tell me they can’t take my case. As far as it not being true. To respond… it is true he has some affiliation because he walked us into the Cochoran firm near the Navy Yard by the park. The receptionist knew who he was and also he knew lawyers. We sat in the glass meeting room and filled out Cochran firm paperwork!!!
