This firm is very unprofessional and money hungry. From the attorney themselves down to the assistant, I was short changed by error , and when I asked the assistant how that came to be, it became a shouting range and she was yelling at me, after repeatedly telling the assistant to calm down, she got disrespectful, rude, and loud. I wouldn’t suggest this law firm, for peace of mind. They get easily agitated and irritated when you ask them questions, and even when they are in the wrong they don’t take accountability, it’s not a novice friendly law firm.

I received a call from someone I missed the call and when I called back I haven't been in touch with anyone yet

First I want to say I was a bit imitated by my case but I spoke with ms angela(mrs)? Upon sitting down with an investigator to go over my case I was assigned a lawyer. I have been trying my hardest to get in contact with her... to no avail. I have left numerous messages just to touch base, yet no one has returned my calls. I genuinely don't want to bug them at all because they are in the process of fact finding. I just would like to introduce myself and get a little more information of what to expect going forward. I am just very disappointed in the lack of communication. I don't know if my case has even been accepted... processed.. or anything. Please help! Update: After months of not hearing from them.. they finally contact me and tell me they can’t take my case! Unprofessional, lazy and a waste of time! They didn’t do any research on my case and had me paying fees after THEY requested my medical records. Asked me intrusive questions about my home and work life and made me feel bad about myself! I’m in better hands now..

I sent in the request for contact on their site and no one ever called me back. Instead 2 days later I received an email saying they could not take my case due to statue of limitations issues. Had they actually called to at least receive intake information they would have know the statute of limitations is not even close to its limit. A simple return phone call is the least they could provide on the customer service end of their business. From reading the reviews I see I am not the only person who has had this encounter.

The love and support I received is more then I could have asked for.... More then a law firm everyone here is family.. Mrs. Evans worked day in and day out her heart is beyond the words I can express.. Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Abdullah, Laura, Wendy, Tameka you all are the best!!
