I inquired about a potential medical malpractice suit that happened this year and was emailed back stating that the statue of limitations had expired. I called this location multiple times to see if someone had misread what I had wrote or to see if there was a typo and was told that someone would give me a call back and that did happen.

I called them 2017 my mentally eal son passed away in jail from not receiving the right treatment while locked up i finaly talk with someone that said they was working on the case then in 2020 someone called in said i had no case they never looked into any of his paperwork or ask me anything about his health just called in 2020 in said he didn't have a case by now its to late to have someone else to look into my son death and how did they no it was no case if they never got any details in his matteer from me or anyone else my son was on a lot of medicin every sad

The woman who I spoke with told me they could not help me with no explanation regarding my mother’s routine medical procedure that went wrong and my mom passed away a few days later in 2015. I was and still am hurt, angry and disappointed with the Cochran Firm. Their false advertising commercial makes me SICK!! They didn’t even attempt to assist me.
Regarding your response: My mother passed on May 1, 2015 and I contacted the Cochran Firm around the end of May 2015 or the beginning of June 2015 not years later. Thank you.

Reception not very courteous talk over potential client not interested in anything you have to say pretty much won't you just to allow them to question you and after receiving your information and being told that someone will contact you very discourteously no one called.
