TODAY. AFTER CHECKING AGAIN, I WAS TOLD THAT SIMEONE & MILLER "COULD NOT HELP ME WITH MY CASES". "WHY?" "BECAUSE MEDMAL CASES ARE HARD." "THAT'S WHAT YOU DO." "WELL MEDMAL IS TIME CONSUMING..."OH, REALLY". MR . MILLER JUST CALLED ME BACK AFTER I SENT A MESSAGE ON THEIR WEBSITE WANTING TO EXPLAIN. I TOLD HIM 'I'M SORRY IF YOUR PRACTICE CAN'T DO WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO" AND HUNG UP. I HAVE BEEN A SENIOR LEGAL ASSISTANT WITH TRAVELERS INSURANCE STAFF COUNSEL, MAJOR CASE LITIGATION, FOR 12 YEARS UNTIL I HAD TO GO OUT ON SS DISABILITY IN 2010. I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING AND WHERE MY CASES STAND. MY CASES ARE ABSOLUTELY PROVEN BY MEDICAL RECORDS. APPARENTLY THERE 30+ ATTORNEYS ONLY WANT EASY CASES WHERE YOU WERE BURNED BY A TURKEY FRYER OR A DOG BIT YOU, AS POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. SHAME ON THEM.
