Mr. Jeffrey's office was inside the Ronald Reagan Building (RRB) earlier. He said he required a retainer at least $100,000.00 to pursue a case in federal court. Pacer shows that he never handled a case in federal court as of 2013. I hired him for an EEOC case and he sent my case to an inexperienced contract attorney and quickly burned up nearly $10,000 in a few days. If you must hire him, I would recommend to insist on flat fee or contingency and maintain a diary to document his progress.

I go to this guy, Peter Jeffrey, and his crew due a conflict I have with my supervisor and I was in dire need of counsel. This schiester, asks for $5000 retainer up front, little choice do I have I paid him the money. After 2 months of sucking more money, he says why dont you resign and if you dont do so I will leave you as counsel. Be ware of this crook
