When I needed an attorney well versed in employment law, a good friend referred Eric L. Siegel. Mr. Siegel is a thoughtful, compassionate, straightforward and efficient attorney. I hired Eric earlier this year to take over a federal employment case that I had been battling since 2016. By then, the agency and several objectively awful judges had already derailed my case. It was a real consolation to work with Eric because he was the only attorney of perhaps a dozen others I had consulted who took the time to understand the details of my case, as opposed to giving me platitudes and speaking in generalities. We spent several hours hashing out important details, and by the end of his representation of me, he understood the events of my case better than I did, even though I experienced those events first-hand. I had NOID sent to me and I was referred to Ms Oswald by my sister who her case went flawlessly. The first thing they helped me with was to renew my work permit. Which was approved and mailed to me. I want to say I had the best of experience right from speaking to Javonia(My Sagittarius sister, I’m the 11th and she’s the 12th), who made me feel so relaxed to Carol who was patient with my constant calls.
