I felt fully supported and satisfied with my experience with TELG. Thanks so much!

1. The judge did not award over $13K out of my six figure legal fee, because my attorney had failed to submit the legal fee on time and had failed to request for an extension for the hours worked after the deadline. This is so messed up, but this firm refused to be responsible for this. 2. The judge did not award 50% of travel fee (appx over $7K) stating my attorney charged me 100% of her hourly fee, but the travel charge was supposed to be 50% of attorney's regular hourly fee, not 100%. So, from the judge, I learned this law firm scammed me with the travel fee big time! -> As soon as I learned about the wrongful charges by this law firm, I contacted the lawyer and appealed my loss of $21K from #1 and #2 to this law firm, but they refused to be responsible for my loss in legal fee stating that I had signed on the contract to pay for whatever I'd get charged. I don't think it meant I should have paid for wrongful charge by the firm.) 3. The firm assigns a legal clerk to an attorney to assist. For years, including during long waits with nothing was going on, I had a few new legal clerks, and I got charged $$$ for all of their hourly fees for my case. I found out some of them were still with the firm. Why did the firm keep switching them out and keep charging me for the same damn work the first legal clerk had done that I had already paid for? Whatever happened after his departure, and whoever was replaced and assigned to the attorney as a team, I should have not paid AGAIN AND AGAIN for the same work the first one had already done - case file review (thousands of page long), meetings after meetings for brief by attorney etc.. Whatever the replaced ones did after they joined, the firm should have covered their hourly fees, not me. By the way, I won the case because I had so many Black and white evidence, TOO MANY, and the agency admitted their wrongdoings.

My attorney worked efficiently, effectively, and as timely as he could barring any pushback from my employer. My attorney and his law clerk were in constant contact with me about any updates and the like. Would I recommend TELG? Yes. 100%. They exceeded my expectations.

I appreciated the legal guidance and found my attorney to be knowledgeable and professional, however I echo some of the other reviews in that I feel my case lacked proactive advocacy on the part of TELG. After I chose not to pursue years of litigation and tens of thousands more in legal fees, several superfluous charges were applied to my balance. I had an out of state attorney friend review my invoices just in case I was ignorant to the billing process and she agreed with my sentiments. From my experience, not the best, but also not the worst.
