Mr. Brodnax represented my brother in Fall 2018 on a white collar probation violation (PV). I'm an attorney myself and felt his level of client contact & handling was excellent; his court appearance & preparation for the hearing went above and beyond expectations! He saved my brother from doing himself a grave disservice when the judge asked him to explain why he was before him on the PV. Pleasant helped him course-correct in his response to the court which likely helped him avoid an extension of probation or even the imposition of jail time. My brother came home that very evening and was able to rejoin his family and get his life back on track. He's the attorney you want on your side!
