I hate doing this but at the end of the day 600.00 was provided on my behalf and I really didn't get anything in return. First time my initial consult was 300.00 and I was only told to submit my EEO complaint before time ran out. I did this came back and paid another 300.00, I spoke to another attorney who at first stated he wouldn't take my case and really not say why. He later he then decided to take my case and requested I pay 7,000 plus in six days. With this he only offered help with a written appeal verses requesting an administrative judge. When I asked for more time that was not an option. They wanted the money but the appeal processes didn't even start yet. Also, when I asked to speak to the counsel who contacted me via legalmatch. I was then told that my offer was revoked and to contact him. I have dealt with other attorneys on other matters and never dealt with this type of treatment or service. 600.00 is a lot of money to pay for very little service and communication. Also it is my money paying for services, do I not have the choice for whom I wish to deal with? I was just asking for feedback to be communicated and what is lacking in my case. I am disappointed that I had to pay this type of money to be treated this poorly. I do know that legal assistance is expensive at best, but I didn't know that you have to almost assume you are being offered free favors despite you paying for very little service.. I wouldn't recommend this firm for this very thing it appears that the attorney in question that I dealt with saw that I asked for a favor rather than a service.

Never returned calls, then before I could speak with Attorney Lescht I had to pay $400. first. Attorney Lescht has a high marketing presence online that lures you to his office. But, once you try to do business with him, it less desirable. In addition, I can't help but think if this would be the same behaviour if I retained this office. So I passed

If you need a shark ( I got a guppy), this is not the place for you. My attorney made me feel like she just wanted to settle and move on to her next check …case. I felt like she was working for the other guy. However, her assistant was a pleasure to work with.
