If you have any immigration case, no matter how difficult it's run to Ms Danielle Beach immigration law firm, the way she handled my case by presenting substantial material at the right time, with this present situation going my case was prosponed to just some few weeks, and she prep me well and while in court Ms Danielle knows how to present the law ,my result was positive, I can say the shortest hearing in history,she also have the best staff like Mr Nelson Garcia and the exceptional Ms Javonia who will make sure your prep is scheduled ,she prays and give you word of encouragement, even few hours before i got inside the court room,am grateful to God for making all this possible through Ms Danielle Beach

In Jan of 2019, we had an appointment Attorney Patricia A. Wonder, in which we waited over an hour plus to be seen. We eventually had the consultation with Patricia and paid $800 ( which included consultation fee and starting the process). The first step in the process was applying for FOIA, up till date( a year plus later) , we have yet to receive a copy of the FOIA ( mind you it's free from the USCIS). Through further research, we realized that Patricia provided very poor immigration advice that could have led to detrimental consequences , if followed through. To add insult to injury, we were contacted two months later , to make further payment and yet when we inquired about what actual work she had done, she could not provide any tangible answers. They only stopped contacting us, when we threatened to get the board involved. Let this serve as a cautionary tale, stay away from this law firm, they prey on ethnic immigrants who have very little knowledge about immigration and charge them exorbitant fees.

I came to Beach Oswald after being denied at the immigration office. I then was summoned to see the immigration judge. I was referred here by a friend who had just fought off deportation and Danielle and her crew had helped her. I was very apprehensive because of the price but I was also 22 when I hired this firm so it seemed like a lot of money to me. In hindsight, you can't put a price tag on freedom! From day one, they took care of me. My case took about 7 years. Trust me, nothing comes easy or fast when it comes to immigration. They helped me file my work permits and once you hire them as your legal counsel they get copied on everything regarding your case. There's no way they'll ever miss a notice. Trust, they are on top of everything!! I initially worked with Holly. She was an amazing lawyer and I truly miss her working on my case. I was then handed over to Dariel who is ridiculously thorough and meticulous. I feel bad, he worked countless Sundays and overtime to get my case together only for it to be pushed back by the government shut down in 2019. If you're ever going to court, get him to prep you - he's fantastic and knows the law inside out. He corrects you when you're wrong and he does it in a way that you dont feel dumb lol he's also very professional and prompt on the email. If Danielle handles your case then you know you're winning. I don't know how she does it but she fixes everything. She has over 30 years of experience and is respected at the courts. The judges and government attorneys all respect her. Totally justified the money I paid. She is serious about preps too and makes sure you schedule as many as you need so that you feel comfortable before you go to court. Last but not least. I love the staff at Beach Oswald. Jovanna (excuse my spelling) at the front desk is a gem. Thank you for praying for me. I really appreciate your kindness. She made my visits so much better. Monica who is no longer there was always so helpful and cracked jokes with me while I waited my turn. Nelson - poor thing! I had him running around with my address changes and filings. I appreciate all your effort. Ms Colleen, thank you for handling my monies every month with a smile on your face. The staff and everyone at Beach Oswald are just amazing and really wonderful people. Overall - i wouldn't have picked another firm to handle my case. This was a great experience. My only negative comment is poor time management. I think there is definitely room to improve in that area but overall my experience was great!

My family has had a great experience with this Law firm led by Ms. Beach-Oswald. They are very knowledgeable in the subject of Immigration Law and they were successful in our very complicated case. They were able to bring back our status, and then proceed to get our green cards approved, which was seemingly impossible to do after the various mistakes made by our previous lawyer. We are very grateful.
