Ms. Camille Wagner was my attorney in part of the year 2022-2023. As my attorney, she represented me as an individual who has rights. She understood my situation, listened to my story, and though sympathetic, she provided me with all the necessary information that I needed to know and understand regarding my case; The charge that I was facing and why, all the evidence and paperwork from the prosecution, and she was open to discussing all the possible strategies, motions we could potentially file before trial if it came to that from the very beginning. When the prosecution made an offer, She was clear in explaining what the offer was both on the phone and on paper. She understood that I was under a lot of stress and was unable to comprehend it all and therefore she put it in writing as it is easier for me to comprehend when I am reading. Though it was a great offer, Ms. Wagner did not convince me either way. Whether I decided to take the offer or chose to go to trial, She simply stated that she would fight for me, the decision was mine. I chose the latter. From her extensive experience and knowledge of Criminal law, Ms. Wagner wrote a motion to suppress which detailed all the events that took place on the evening in question and the various ways where the law was not followed by the police. She wrote down all the necessary specifics to show how I was violated by the police. The motion was full of facts which could be backed by the very evidence the prosecution possessed. It matters to have an attorney who takes time to review the evidence, an attorney who knows and understands the law they are practicing, an attorney who is experienced and capable of defending her clients. Which she did perfectly. It matters to have an attorney who cares. Without question, Camille Wagner is one of the best Criminal attorneys in D.C. This is the attorney you want to represent you if you or a loved one is facing a criminal charge. Ms. Wagner possesses a direct and protective attitude when it comes to defending her clients. She is highly focused and carries the responsibility to represent her clients and provide the best outcome possible. I am honored to know her and thankful for the outcome I was able to receive. My partner and I worked with Royal Law Firm on our estate plan. Priya, Jessie, and the team were very knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the process. We initially interviewed other lawyers as well and they stood out as also being down-to-earth and not patronizing or condescending (compared to the 2 other law firms we talked to in the DC area). At contract initiation, they shared a clear scope of work and pricing sheet. They have good digital platforms set up, with an easy virtual meeting scheduling tool and a secure digital document platform for sharing and reviewing. The paralegals and other team members created very clear steps for us to get a mobile notary and execute the documents and re-upload. We plan to work with them again on some real estate purchases - in general, I'm impressed at their range of services and the quality their team delivers.

Hayden was wonderful in helping me to understand the terms of an employment contract and feel comfortable negotiating my contract. He got back to me quickly about his availability and was very clear about his (incredibly reasonable) rate and timeline for reviewing the contract. His review of the contract was very thorough. He emailed me proposed edits to the contract and then set up a time to explain further by phone. Hayden took the time by phone to make sure I fully understood any points of concern and answered my questions thoroughly. He made a point of listening to my questions, responding directly, and following up to make sure he had clearly answered my questions. He also made a point of emphasizing that negotiating my contract was reasonable and explaining the rationale for suggested edits.
