Tom handled my very sensitive, complex case with utmost professionalism and compassion. He was willing to take on my case after I had spoken with several other attorneys and made me feel validated and heard after a very difficult ordeal. He brought on another attorney with a more specialized skill set to ensure we had the best possible outcome. He was professional, compassionate, incredibly persistent, and very responsive. I had used Attorney Trombly a few years back after being hit by a vehicle in the pedestrian cross-walk. The service and response provided by Attorney Trombly and his staff was OUtSTANDING! Within 24 hours of the acciedent they had arranged for health care provders that were responsive and effective treating my back, neck and leg issues. They handled processing all the required insurance and police documentation.
