This is for Robert and Lorraine Fantastic team. Lorraine Rosado and Robert Liles know how to win and win big. I would have not been able to do it without them. Their tireless support was what kept me, my staff and my family going. It was above and beyond. They did not leave an unanswered question or an unturned stone. Amazing work!! We had a Z-PIC audit, the highest level of civil investigative Medicare audits. Lorraine and Robert were with us every moment for 6 years. They became part of our staff. They knew how to guide us and calm us down in difficult times. I have deep appreciation for their dedication and knowledge. I tried two other lawyers before them, but I quickly realized that Lorraine and Robert were on top of their game. They knew how to make things simple without using complicated terminology and did not promise unless they were sure they could deliver. I still remember my first call with them and how genuine their concern was about my case. As a medical provider, I know that giving your patient comfort will ease dealing with the illness and it seems that this is true for any type of service. I am glad that I had them as my lawyers because if I chose otherwise, the pain of the process could have been much greater. They answered my emails anytime of the day, and were aware of the smallest medical detail. This is a not an easy skill to have given the complexity of the cases we had before us. Their dedication, knowledge, attention to details, genuine concern, being on your side during the bad and good times is what makes them stand out as the best lawyers I have worked with. Mr. Liles gave me a good amount of time over the phone and a lot of good direction. He couldn't help in my particular case, but he got me in contact with the right people. Mr. Laher also spent a lot of his time on the phone and by email with me. He helped me flesh out my thoughts and gave a me a very sympathetic ear. Definitely a decent bunch of folks. I have been using Liles Parker for managing all legal and compliance matters arising in our clinical laboratory. The range of expertise is broad. They have helped me with company formation, regulatory licensing, developing a comprehensive compliance plan, setting up medical billing and many day to day questions. From the beginning, I have been extremely impressed with their efficiency, common sense approach and wealth of experience. It is kind of funny that I will call Jennifer Papa(Papapanagiotou) with a question and she will reply "I just worked on this issue with another client, and here is what is important.....". For the rare situations that she hasn't encountered, she will perform research and then come back with recommendations including footnotes! I feel that our company is in great hands with Liles Parker.

As the saying goes "The good of the people is the greatest law" and I think that quote represents Mr. Liles. Robert has worked with Ms. Jani and her late husband Dr. Jani since their meeting at an AMBA conference back in the early 2000's. I have had the pleasure of working with Robert thru Ms. Jani's company OM Medical Billing. I am happy to say, and Ms. Jani would agree there isn't a better lawyer out there. Robert takes our calls and responds within a timely manner, fitting time into his busy schedule for our small inquiries shows the character of this man. We appreciate all that he does for not only Ms. Jani but for her company, knowing Robert will hypothetically hold our hand when considering clients and giving his professional opinion and guidance on how to handle possible situations would give anyone a feeling of comfort. You definitely can not find that with many lawyers. He is very knowledgeable of the insurance GIANTS, and he knows how to protect your company. Having him on board, you have 4 secure walls in your company, without a doubt. If you have a chance to take a webinar of his, or even attend an AMBA conference his knowledge is so powerful, he will definitely make you think and make you aware which is exactly what you need. Robert Liles is a wealth of knowledge and support for independent medical billing companies. I have been fortunate enough to attend many continuing education classes taught by Robert over the last several years. Robert composed my billing contracts which saved me a few times when dealing with some of my clients. Robert is easily accessible, he takes the time to personally respond to questions. I can't recommend Robert and Liles Parker enough. Get them to write your contract!
