My experience with Haynes Novick was absolutely fantastic. Joy Haynes handled my case in getting my US citizenship. I highly recommend Haynes Novick. I've already recommended this law firm to several people. I can't thank Joy Haynes and Amara Tek-Ronquillo enough. They made the whole process so easy. Everything was taken care of in a very swift manner and they were in constant communication throughout the whole process. They were great. Again, I highly recommend this firm.

My marriage base case was stuck for over 8+ years my previous lawyer didn't really do anything to push the case. After talking to Yusuf and hiring him to be lawyer within 2 weeks we got an interview notice. Interview went really well and the following week I receive my approval notice and few days later my GreenCard. Finally after all this years waiting. Thank you Yusuf. Guys I really recommend Yusuf for anybody going through any immigration problems.

We had a great experience with Joy Haynes for my adjustment of status / green card process. Many people told me I didn't need a lawyer for our case (which is probably true, since it was pretty straight forward), but I think it was totally worth the time and peace of mind. We still had to fill forms and gather evidence, but I felt that Joy and her team spared us the burden every time they could. I was lucky to have a very short processing time with USCIS, but having couseling was great to avoid rookie mistakes. I would easily work with them again!

I obtained my permanent residence through my citizen husband. Attorney Zachary and his team prepared all the necessary documents to present them to immigration. Amy Novick was recommended to me in 2007 by a colleague of mine at the World Bank, where I was employed under a G4 visa. At the time, I was planning to shift (with my family) to a Green Card, considering my future retirement. Amy was extremely helpful in reviewing the various options and recommended the best way to obtain a green card: through an EB-1-1 case (Extraordinary Ability). Then, she supported us to expedite an advance parole in Baltimore, an Adjustment of Status (AOS), a re-entry permit even without the appointment notice, and finally a naturalization procedure in a very timely fashion (3 months for the naturalization obtained a few days ago). Along these various and complex procedures, Amy was always proactive, responsive (she responds immediately to emails) and efficient (she provides reliable answers immediately). Moreover, Amy is a very smart, dedicated and pleasant person. I am sincerely grateful for her first-hand support.

Haynes Novick is probably the best immigration law firm in DC. I used them to help with my adjustment of status application. My case is a bit complicated but Zachary and his team did a great job. From initial consultation to subsequent work, Zach has been very professional, patient, and respond to all my questions very quickly. He is also extremely knowledgeable and truly puts the client's interest first and I feel very assured with my case in his hand.
