Where do I begin. It has been a long journey, from getting our greencard, removing conditions, and now today, being a naturalized US Citizen, a little over 4 years, wow!!!. Joy and her team have been exceptionally helpful, always available, always having the right answers at the right time, always well prepared and extremely organized. The level of professionalism shown was above and beyond expectations. Our case was treated as if we were the only one's on her agenda as she always finds time to be available no matter what time of the day😊.
