Weste of time and money.

I have been working with Joy and her team for almost a year now — initially for advice regarding a precarious immigration situation I was stuck in, and subsequently, for the actual filing of paperwork with the USCIS. Throughout these past 12 months, Joy has been remarkably supportive, while also being prompt, knowledgeable, and deeply pragmatic in navigating the intricacies of the US immigration system. For example, when the government approved my case but with an error in the approval documentation, Joy noticed the mistake, contacted the USCIS, and got it corrected within 24 hours. By the time I realized there was an issue, it had already been resolved. Whew! Her team has also done an excellent job of organizing my paperwork, so whenever a new submission is required, they already have most of my documents, saving me a considerable amount of work and time. For these reasons, I've been very grateful to have Joy and her team supporting me, and I look forward to continuing to work with her. You should do the same too.
